Terms and Conditions: The "Naborly" Agreement
By choosing a payment plan with My Nabor by Simi Studio LTD, you agree to the following terms:
1. Ownership of Goods
Title of Ownership: All items (Electronics, Generators, Furniture, etc.) remain the legal property of My Nabor by Simi Studio LTD until the final installment is paid in full.
Transfer of Ownership: Full ownership and the original receipt will be issued to the customer only after the "Pay Small-Small" balance reaches zero.
2. Payment Obligations
Consistency: Customers agree to make payments according to their selected schedule (Daily, Weekly, or Monthly).
Grace Period: We offer a [48-hour] grace period for missed payments.
Default: Continuous failure to pay after the grace period may result in the temporary repossession of the item until payments are brought up to date.
3. Verification & KYC
Accuracy: The customer must provide valid identification (NIN, Voter’s Card, etc.) and a verifiable home/business address.
Right to Inspect: To maintain the "Naborly" trust, we reserve the right to conduct a brief home or office verification before the release of high-value items.
4. Maintenance and Care
Responsibility: While the item is in your possession during the payment period, you are responsible for its care.
Warranty: Manufacturer warranties apply to all electronics. However, damage caused by negligence or power surges is the responsibility of the customer.
5. Refunds and Cancellations
Cancellations: If a customer wishes to return an item before completion, a restocking fee of [ 65%] may apply, and the remaining balance will be refunded based on the item’s current condition.
